Fairies are called by the
Fairy Queen to the top
Of the fairy staircase.
Two by two they wait
For the Queen, in the seat
Of her kingdom to magically
Release Fae Orbs of rainbow
Spangled light.
When a fairy sees her reflection
In the Orb , she smiles
And knows her next mission.
Tiny delicate patter of feet,
Dance up and down the
Fairy staircase,
Stopping at imaginary doorways
To enter worlds of castles and
Crystal crested forests
in shades of grey and amethyst.
Onyx mists swirl, hiding sinister
Dark shadows.
By stepping forward,
ancient wisdom brings
winds of transformation.
In the Secret Ice garden,
Innocence is captured,
As elegant cascading crystals.
Whispering ripples
Pebbles, textural muted secret messages
Shivering slates shine
Icy reflections melt
In a glistening golden haze
Dry, deep notches like ancient veins. Musty, crumbling messages bleeding, oozing earth’s essences. Wrap and weave around her giant paternal bows and swollen girth.
Sun’s rays warms her feathers.
Snug and safe she dreams of
Lazy days on the canal,
weaving around boats, proudly
escorting her signets to
comfy reed beds to rest.
Raspberry, apricot ripple sky
Delicious sundae
Melting into a sigh
As we walked along the beach on our honeymoon,
every stone that we picked up was heart shaped, a sign of our love.
What a wondeful way to start married life!
We have a home filled with these precious sea ‘hearts’.
Bewitched woodland wilderness. Chiming icicles, crystals dazzle, streams ripple night falls.
